Authentic Ranch Life on the Colorado Plains
Real Working Ranch Experience
Step into authentic ranch life with hands-on activities and behind-the-scenes access! Tuff’s Ranch is a true working ranch where you’ll find cattle, chickens, alpacas, lambs, emus, goats, and pigs! From cattle and corn to hands‑on demonstrations, archery, fishing, and seasonal farm experiences, every hour on the ranch offers something to explore. What began as a family hobby has grown into a vibrant, community‑centered ranch that welcomes you to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with the land. Alongside the daily ranch work, Tuff’s Ranch also provides a safe home for rescued goats, sheep, cows, and a few unforgettable characters who’ve become part of the ranch family. During Tuff's Ranch Western Adventure, you'll get a rare, behind‑the‑scenes look at the heart of ranch life and the stories that make this place special.
Family-Friendly Activities All Day Long
From kids’ farm experiences to hay rides and fishing, there’s something for every age to enjoy. Saturday morning starts early with a Colorado Palisade Peaches story & tasting for the kids, followed by a 'Blacksmithing' John Deere activity & story. Then, to get the young ones really engaged with the ranch, there's a sheep experience. This is a 'Choose Your Own Adventure' schedule...adults can jump in and out of activities at their own pace - no rigid itinerary required! Hay Rides, Skeet Shooting, and the Archery Range will be open through the midday hours, as well as additional activities for the kids like cheesemaking, cattle & corn, plus some bees and potatoes! You'll just have to come to find out more!
