This mix is made with Colorado-grown proso millet flour that was raised and milled here on the farm. Proso millet is a gluten-free grain that can be milled into flour that, when baked, cooks up with flavors and textures just like wheat flour.
One recipe makes 8-10 4" pancakes - three recipes in the bag
Ingredients: Pfz Farms millet flour, sugar, buttermilk powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and xanthan gum
Needed Ingredients: 2 tablespoons melted butter or oil, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and 3/4 cup water
