Delicious Colorado Grown pinto beans, this is our first year growing them and it looks like it won't be the last. The flavor is better than store-bought beans partly because they are fresher but also because of the different regenerative farming techniques in use.
 
Use an Insta-Pot and 1 cup of beans with 3 cups of water. Makes a tasty meal by themselves or added to your family's favorite recipe. Don't forget these are much fresher than the beans you buy in the store; reduce your cooking times by at least 5 minutes.
